How to change/update billing information?

To change the information you can use the following methods:

Paypal

If you have subscribed via Paypal, you can simply log into your Paypal account:

1. Tap Wallet.
2. Scroll to the bottom and click Automatic payments.
3. ​Click the merchant named Digishuffle llp to view or update.
4. You can update your preferred payment method.

Credit/Debit 

If you have subscribed via credit/debit cards, you can simply click on link to billing portal provided to you via 

• Invoice emails.  (search for subject: ‘DigiXport Invoice’)
• Subscription success email. (search for subject: ‘DigiXport Subscription Success’)

Once clicked, you can

• Update the credit/debit card
• Update the billing information
• Update/Cancel plan
