Another option is to Open Sidebar, Got To 3rd Tab,  Click on Test Queries and then follow the same process as above.

Why are some Queries missing from the dropdown?

On clicking “Test Queries” a modal box will open & validate your queries. If all the queries are valid, they will be populated in the dropdown.

If you don’t see all the saved queries, the reason might be as follows:
  • Only the queries (from the query sheet) starting from the cell A8 to the bottom will be populated in the dropdown.
  • If you are a user with a free plan, only a single active query will be populated.
  • If the queries are turned off, they won’t be populated.
  • If the queries are not saved in the query sheet, they won’t be used.
  • If the queries are deleted or missing from the query sheet, they won’t be populated.
  • If you edit the query directly from the sheet and if there is any error (EG: formatting error), they won’t be populated. If the queries are present in the sheet and not getting populated, the error reason is mentioned in the status column.
