The Best tool for the Job I need to reliably connect Facebook Ads data to a Google Sheet where I perform pre-processing on the data which ends up in a DataStudio report, along with other channel data. The challenge is to find a data connector for Facebook ads that give you access to ALL the available data points you have on the Ads Manager platform. Most connectors give a tiny subset of the available data. Others claim to give all the "necessary" data but then you find your customer conversions not being available. I tried many and DigiXport was the only one thus far that gives you access to ALL of your data, at a reasonable price. ☺I have tried more than 20 different data connectors available on the market and DigiXport is by far the best product in terms of meeting all my requirements coupled with value for money. There are others that deliver similar results but at 5x the price. ☹It is a bit clunky to set up and you may take a few revisions to get it set up the way you need. The best tool to track your FB campaigns for free I was looking for a way to get my Facebook Ads metrics in a sheet to feed my dashboards, and DigiXport did it perfectly. The best part: for free! ☺Fully integrated with Google Sheets, the best (and free) alternative to Supermetrics on the market. ☹It's not so easy to implement. No brainer for any agency ☺I use google data studio as my reporting tool, and DigiXport makes it absolutely easy for me to export facebook ads data directly to google sheet that I use as a connector ! ☹Maybe have more deep api connections to export specific data from google ads for example.

Support is awesome We are very satisfied with this tool and mainly with the Support response time and implementing new features. ☺Benefit-Cost Ratio is excellent. Queries with hourly updates are the key for our dashboards. Whenever we have an issue, Support is there for us. They have implemented many features or fixes we requested. Response time is excellent ☹We have some issues with queries turned off because of unknown errors. But it's just turning queries on again
